The Systems Engineering team
The team consists of 4 professional engineers of different nationalities and different levels of seniority. These professionals work in various multidisciplinary project teams on the (turnkey) development of embedded (sub)systems for various customers in different industries (data telecom, industrial and healthtech). Complex (high-speed) systems are often developed for this purpose.
The Job
As a Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of complex systems within our organization. Your responsibility will revolve around collecting and analyzing relevant data about features, technology advancements, standardization efforts and market trends. You will leverage this information to define and design robust (sub) system architectures as well as establish clear (sub) system level functional requirements.
As a Systems Engineer your responsibility are:
• Collect relevant data about features (technology, standardization, market)
• Define (sub) system architecture
• Define (sub) system level functional requirements
• Present and explain to different stakeholders the system, features, functions, architectural choices, use cases etc.
Requirements
• At least a bachelor degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications or (technical) computer science
• Interest in technology trends
• Knowledge of state of the art hardware, software, FPGA and mechanical technologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Intelligence and creative
• Work in a planned and structured way
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
Desirable:
• Knowledge of (tele)communication technologies
• Knowledge of medical technology
• Feeling for commercial system related aspects
• Leadership skills
• Dutch language in word and writing
